    The pH miracle for weight loss by Robert O. Young

    After checking this book out from the library many times, I decided that I needed to purchase it. I have tried this way of life through the cleansing process and not even for the whole time nor did I use every vitamin suggested. Primarily because I haven't been able to find them in my town. Nevertheless, the first week I lost 10 lbs., but I was very hungry because I wasn't taking the vitamin's correctly. I am planning on starting this again real soon after I can get my hands on all of the vitamin's that are needed because it is what will sustain me. I did begin to feel better. I have symptoms without diagnosis so I believe that it is because of the way that I eat. With this said it is VERY difficult to follow this life style of eating because it is extremely ratical for the "meat" ...

    The PH Miracle for Weight Loss by Robert O. Young Phd

    Very excited about this book. Explaines the PH relations to food digestion as well as weight loss. Has lots of great receipes as well as pointers on getting more Alkaline balanced. Has great resource guide at the end of the book with helpfull phone numbers, addresses and specialty descriptions. Very motivating for any one having struggled with food digestion problem and weight problems.

    PH RX is EZ

    I decided to buy this book as an accompinament for the PH miracle written by same but dealing with my husbands cancer. I liked what his book had said for him about changing his life andhis cancer. The books are very straight forward. I sat up all night reading, Then got up and changed my life. I started with a cleanse. I didn't do the one in the book, I did the master cleanse. Mostly because it game me the ease and convenience I needed to get though finals. Then I started immediatly with the food program from the PH miracle for weight loss for me and the PH miracle (or anti cancer diet as we call it) for my husband. Both are quite easy. My husband doesn't like the green drink, but we have supplements and a new way of eating and thinking for both of us. I believe we will both be ...

    Very informative

    I've started reading the book, but haven't finished it yet. It is very informative and full of scientific facts. I can see myself trying the diets that are at the end of the book, but not sure how easy it would be to keep them up. Overall a good book for those who want to learn about everything alkaline, become alkaline and stay that way.
