Great for the athlete who needs a pick me up.
This is great for when you're burning a lot of calories and need a pick me up. My Martial Arts instructor does amateur cage fighting. He trains for weeks and eats one of these before and after his big fight. Replenishes nutrients when you're gassing real bad. Would not recommend for every day consumption but great for cheat day as well. I give the flavor 5/5 for a great tasting cinnamon flavor meal replacement bar on the go that provides many macro nutrients.This is great for when you're burning a lot of calories and need a pick me up.
