      Great replacement belt

      The price for this quality belt along with shipping cost was the best I could find on the net. The belt fits perfect and the quality is such that my mower is no longer slipping when I get into tall grass. Reasonably simple to install for the average homeowner with average mechanical skills. I always suggest taking pictures prior to disassembly to insure you are able to reassemble properly

      Great value

      Though value priced this belt fits and performs great. Took deck off to replace blades after very heavy use and this belt was holding up well. MAYbe a little stretched but no excessive wear. I will buy here again.

      Substandard product

      I purchased this item on Nov. 8th 2021 (at the end of cutting season) and had it installed in March of 2022 and started cutting grass (private use only) once a week, and in July after approx 18 uses it broke. I've checked my pullys and they are smooth and in good working order so the belt was not dammaged by the mower, The belt that came with the mower lasted 12 years before it broke from dry rot,so I expected more from a new belt that's a total of 8 months old that was only used for 4 months. The shipping was ok but the product was substandard!

      Wrong size than advertised

      This item states that it fits 42" Husqvarna decks made in the US. It is actually one inch shorter that my old belt for my 42" Husqvarna deck. The belt shown in the picture is coated in a cloth wrap, the one that arrived was a black rubber. Went to local hardware store to find the correct item.
