Fine quality boxes, but the stated dimensions on the bottom of the box are not completely accurate. The 17" is spot on! The 14" is actually about 14-1/4". The 15" side is actually about 15.5". This could result in higher shipping charges, depending on the shipper and the packages destination. Shippers always round up to the next inch. The seller was nice enough to give me a 10% discount to help cover extra shipping charges.

The tracking didn't update after the label was created causing it appear as though the item had been accepted by UPS. I contacted the seller as we needed the bags pretty quickly. Got two responses from these folks, both of which were friendly and professional.
