Statistically, we've been fortunate enough to sell about 200 of these kits this past year. We've never had a "fitment issue" for PROPERLY INSTALLED harnesses. Nonetheless, we attempted to rectify this customer's problems with our product but are still awaiting a response. We offered a solution with a refund for the part without needing to return the product, yet they have found a solution and made the kit work. Per our conversation, this feedback was intended to deter buyers.
