    First- after buying this item for $89 I noticed the seller bumped their price for identical items to $169. Then they waited a full 6 days after receiving payment to ship the item, when I complained they blamed the USPS (despite them shipping late) and told me to "request a refund if i wasn't happy". I waited another week past the 'expected delivery date' and when it still didn't arrive I requested a refund, which the seller has STILL not approved. I would absolutely NOT recommend this seller.

I contacted the seller with photos, explaining I only wanted genuine new replacements, not used or pulled units. Two units were still in New Jersey, three had already been shipped to other country at my expense (over $150 in shipping/customs). The seller refused to send proper replacements internationally, instead telling me to “open a case with eBay” and off

    It perfomrs well AFTER you download the needed software

    Win 10 intentionally prevents the user from using Media Player for the DVD. The CD will play, but they want the user to go to the Microsoft Store and buy something. I downloaded free software VCL Media Player and it works fine!
