    IT WORKS GREAT THE HEAT WORKS FINE SO DOES THE MASSAGE. ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT WHEN I TURNED OFF THE HEAT IT WON'T SHUT OFF AND IT KEEPS GETTING HOT..BUT LIKE I SAID IT WORKS OKAY, BUT HAVE TO TURN OFF AFTER AWHILE CAUSE IT GETS VERY HOT EVEN THOUGH I TURN THE HEAT OFF AND IT STAYS ON.

    Best relief ever for back pain.

    Love it! Cord comes unconnected too easy sometimes. Nothing a little piece of electrical tape can't fix. Stimulates the back with heat as well as kneading motion. Doesn't give me a headache like the ones that vibrate.
