    Dear Fred, I am only now seeing this negative review. You must understand that we had absolutely NOTHING to do with the shipment of this Staubli robot...as was clearly noted in the terms-of-sale. Item was loaded onto buyer's truck. Where it shipped and how it got there was 100% the responsibility of the buyer. Your currier picked it up...we did not ship it, nor did we tell you currier where it was to be delivered to. I feel this review is completely unjustified. Shawn Grundy
