    The Best Recovery Drink

    This has everything.., all natural, no gmo. Nature's Plus even has this stuff examined regularly by an independent lab to see if it is what it says it is. It is. Often, th lab results come back as MORE than specified. It has vitamins, minerals, lots of protein and superfoods, herbs, digestive enzymes and probiotics. It probably has amino acids, too. Fruits nuts, seeds, wait till you read what's inside of it. I mix mine in a blender with organic whole milk as a replenishment after riding my bike. The taste is incredible. Kind of like spinach and vanilla, but you can tell your body is getting lots of good stuff the way you gulp it down. Your body just knows. Amazing stuff from a great supplement company.     Energy bomb!
