    I have an issue with the seller service. I had to order the product twice. First time it was lost by DHL (but indicated in the system as delivered). I tried to file complaint for DHL 3 times, but because of german law I could not do it (only the shipper can). Seller ignored my request to do so and did not file any claims with DHL. I've lost 75 EUR because of this. Moreover I specifically picked NON DHL (more expesnive) shipping for the second package and stil the seller sent it using DHL.
