Horrible customer service. They should be checking their product before shipping out a part with a crack in the plastic. Would not send out a replacement until they received the part back for a return. So I am out of a part for another week and a half. No compromise on sending a replacement.     Nice small saw

    Saw was just what I was looking for. Well balanced for one hand use trimming out fence rows. Plenty of power for cutting big limbs. Easy to start. Maintenance is quick and easy.

    Great saw!

    I've had a similar saw before, and loved it for power, handleability, and ease of use. Expect this one to do as well. These saws are excellent for one handed tree work, limbing, smaller logs.

    Good climbing saw for a great price not over 300

    This saw is nice light weight and has good power for its size it's not as powerful as a cs 341 but it's light weight makes it worth it it's an echo so it shouldn't let you down . They've made alot of climbing saws in the last 10 years but I'd say this is one of Thier better weight to power saws for being on the smaller size unless you cutting down trees all day this saw is great but for a lot of wood cutting somethin in the 30 to 35 cc range would be better /faster

    Works great!

    I've been using Echo products for 25 years. I sold my landscaping business and finally had to replace an old top handle Echo 3000. This one works great. Not as heavy duty as some of the other Echo models but should give me many years of service trimming trees on our farm.
