Works great for most applications but do not expect it to have the power for thick batters or dough. The even older B&D Model 9220 had the charger connection built into the holder so when you put it away it was charging automatically. This one has to be manually plugged in.

I love it! It replaces one that I have had for near 20 years. I don't think Black & Decker make these any more, but that is a big mistake. Everyone is into healthy shakes and this mixer is perfect! It even fits in the large glass I use for my morning shake so no extra cleaning as in using a blender.
