    These are NOT “plug &play” devices. They have to be programmed by someone who has the equipment to do so. Locally so far I have priced this procedure at between $65. and $165. This is an omission on the part of the seller whether intentional or not. Had to replace the DEAD BATTERIES that came with them as well.
