The small is not the right measurments it ilmay be too tight on a petite 5 year old! Very disappointed, I tried to return but the QR return label would never load. waste of 12 dollars. Should be labelled XXXSMALL OR CHILDS SIZE

I am not sure why you couldn't print your return label ( though we don't use QR codes for return labels ). You can call Ebay and they can walk you through the process of printing the label ( which we provide at our expense ). As for the fit of the brace; the measurements are provided by the manufacturer and are stated in the listing; both in the body of the listing and shown on the box itself. I don't understand this issue.
