We had an issue related to purchased item not arriving to my address, initially. JDM agent was very responsive toward my customer concern about ghosted purchased probably lost through the shipping carrier. JDM immediately sent me a replacement part, which I received and now am in physical

There is/was an issue with the shipment and a replacement shipment was sent. We have been in communication with the buyer prior to this feedback. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipment, and it has been rectified by sending a replacement item to the customer.

Received quantity I was hoping for. It's hard to tell when people write (2 pair) if they really mean 2pcs or 4pcs. When you ask the seller and they just refer you back to the listing you're asking about just isn't helpful. (2 per package and 2 packages available) is much more descriptive.

"2 PACK VALVE STEM CAPS:" This is from the listing. Customer asked how many come with the purchase we said they are sold in sets of 2. We also stated, "All info you are asking is in the item description if this is not clear" This was stated as all of our eBay listing have item descriptions so there is no issue with what is being sold. Not sure How we can clarify it any further as it clearly stated the QTY and we answered the question they asked prior to the purchase..?
