Item was very well packed and arrived quickly. The directions said to unplug the laptop's power cable and discharge the battery to 2%, then fully charge it. Instead,, it discharged gradually down to 31%, then immediately plummeted to 0%, shutting down the laptop. It was never supposed to go below 2%. I recalibrated the battery, but it will only hold a charge about 3 hours now. Still, I inherited the laptop with it's battery missing, so 3 hours is a big improvement.
