No sound distortion for listener on either end of phone!
I have carpal tunnel and have difficulty holding a phone for lengthy conversations. I usually use a bluetooth for my cellphone, however, that doesn't work for a land line. This plugs right into the cordless land line phone and works great. I had one like this but wires finally wore out and I could no longer find a replacement for it. The added bonus to this one is that there is a second, smaller plug for it to convert this earphone to the correct size that plugs into my cell phone. Since there have been complaints from a couple of different people regarding distortion of the sound from my bluetooth, I can now use this earphone with no complaints! the sound is great! Headset sound horrible
The sound is horrible for the person on the receiving end. I am using the iphone 4s. I have used other Jabra ear set models and were great this model is crap and I bought two of them. Now I have to eat them because I pulled them out of the packages. A waste of good money. I can go on but I will stop here.

Very poor performance;
I bought these for my husband. Unfortunately, he does not like them because the earbud does not move; it stays in one position and therefore does not fit properly on his ear. He has big ears and so I don't recommend this for someone who has a large ear hole because the earbud does not stay inside due to its immobility. On the other hand, it fits me very well and I like the comfortable fit, but I just don't like cords.After using this item for just one day, it became damaged in the way the the voice on the other end was garbled and distorted. I was very upset about the poor quality of this very impressionable item; good looks, but really bad performance.I bought these for my husband. Works Great as a Safe, Convenient Hands free Device...
I had purchased this to replace one that I had previously used all the time when driving and often around the house or office when I need to use both hands....It is convenient because it doesn't have to be charged up like a Bluetooth piece. It is easy to find in my purse if it is not in use. It works great and I don't feel comfortable driving and talking on my phone without it. I have and will continue to recommend the Jabra Wave
These are excellent Bluetooth hands free devices. I can use it on the freeway with my top down and whoever I am talking to can hear clearly. My last one served me well for 2-1/2 years before I lost it. They are quite comfortable, regardless of what it looks like. That originally concerned me. Even my wife is comfortable with hers.
