The brushes fit in their holders perfectly. I did have to make the holes in the terminals larger to enable the screws to fit, but wasn’t an issue. Delivered in super quick time too.

I had to do the same and remove connections and add some heat shrink as insulation is not long enough to fully cover wire. My RD200 uses 4 brushes in its Dynastart, 2 negative and 2 positive. If the positive shorted to the negative rotor!!! Otherwise perfect fit.

Hardly safe or sanitary. Very poor packaging by the company concerned. They must realise delivery drivers don't care how they handle their packages and this was bound to happen. Now I will have a battle trying to get refunded.
