It was a ceramic coffee cup. It arrived as described. However, it was surrounded by bubble wrap and then sent in a bubble wrap envelope. I felt lucky it wasn't chipped or broken. Maybe it's just me, but I think all glassware/ceramic ware should be bubble wrapped and shipped in a box. In the vendor's defense, this seems to be a problem more often than not on items I am shipped from Amazon. The beauty there is I just drop off the items that have suffered during shipment at Whole Foods.

We ship all of our mugs and/or breakable items in boxes. Not sure what happened here unless when it went through customs (international) they opened the item and put it in a bubble mailer instead of back in the original box. We take great pride in our great packaging.Glad that it arrived unharmed.Thank you for shopping with us!
