A good replacement
This is far easier and better to set up than the old RF adapter. There is a fuzzy white area at the bottom of of my screen, though. The fuzzy line was not present when I used the RF adapter. But, it is easy enough to tolerate just by being distracted in a game.

Poor quality junk
This cable is so badly made that the one I received didn’t even have the right audio channel connected and worse, the impedance on the composite video channel was so high that the image came out black and white. Cables are a very simple thing to get right but there’s no quality control with these.
