However , in our defense, 1) we sell many units of the same item in more or less the same used condition so we take a sample picture and provide to customers for the purpose of making sure the part is a match to theirs ... 2) if you are looking for beauty you should buy only new parts, we sell used part that are functional but not beautiful ... 3) You return and we refund, bad feedback is not necessary !

Do not pay attention to this clown , he is one of our competitors on eBay ..... (he has just opened this account on eBay for this specific purpose, to undermine other vendors) ... this is his under handed way of "competition" ..... he wants to increase his sales by smearing us and other people ..... so he is saying the snails were dead when they arrived , OK, if the snails were dead then what did he feed to his "expensive" fish .... we have much more happy customers then a few clows like him .
