After attempting to mail me glass bottles of liquid in a paper envelope with no plastic protection (bottles leaked and/or broke) seller claims I "begged" her for a refund. I politely requested a partial refund, thru messaging and not eBay, and ONLY for bottles I did not receive due to her poor packaging.
