    Perfect upgrade for problematic original hubs.

    This hub replaces the original Kubota hub perfectly. It has a much better design that is easy to install and tighten and removes the danger of damaging the tractor's hexagonal axle from hub movement. The original Kubota hubs were difficult to tighten on my tractor, and after they were tightened I would hear noise from the hub within a few hours that told me that it was moving and fretting on the axle again. With the replacement hubs, I tighten them once and that's it--they don't move on the axles. I have replaced both hubs on my tractor now, and it adds up to more money than I would like to have to spend, but I believe it is worth it if it avoids having to replace an axle or having deep enough axle wear that I can't get the hub on and off easily.
