There has to be a valid reason why this happened other than the kite is defective. The end of the spars have rubber caps that would prevent this from happening unless the kite was flown in to strong of wind and or the kite was crashed one two many times.

Tried one out today and it looks great and works just like I thought it would. This seller had the lowest price so I know I got a great value. The shipping took longer than stated and the tracking was vague but that was the shippers fault. The seller went above and beyond and kept me informed of everything the whole way. I would definitely use this seller again.

The item is of good quality and solid. I highly recommend this item. It’s also fun to watch it do its thing -spinning.  Delivery time was not the fault of the seller : USPS dropped the ball on this delivery. Package was sent to wrong state then back to me causing the delay in my delivery.
