    An excellent remote replacement with minor buttons misplacement

    If you don't want to pay a full amount for the original remote control then this remote replacement is the right choice for you but it does not function as the original remote like SOME of the buttons are misplaced (Exit button takes you to settings, 3D button takes you to All apps and TV button is the Exit button) and that's fine with me still does the job but the arrows, channel, and Volume buttons are placed correctly and the replacement remote thankfully worked instantly without prior setup Hisense ERF6A31

    Definitely a remote with frustrating features, don't bother

    It changes channels yes that's true at least on mine. when you press other buttons such as exit, it adds the menu for hdmi, tv,video, push exit again with the menu on the screen and nothing happens. the menu takes up the whole screen. You have to get use to some very quirky features. I would not recommend this remote, it will do your head in.

    it was all right in all other functions

    The genuine original HISENSE EN3Y39H remote control (third picture) has NO BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONS, NO MICROPHONE FUNCTION, NO MOUSE FUNCTION and NO POINTER FUNCTION.
