A full month later, after the item had not arrived, the seller indicated that item would ship out tomorrow and then changed that to indicate item would ship out by weekend. I requested tracking information and seller did not provide so had to involve eBay Customer Service to negotiate a refund. Unfortunate. Seller should be up front about processing times as well as whether shipment has actually been made.
