Pips are off-centered. Dominoes are sanded too much leaving the edges rounded over which makes the tiles unstable to place on edge for games such as Texas 42 or Moon. If you are OK with the low quality of these tiles and only intend to play straight dominoes then they are workable.
If the listing had accurately depicted the product's quality then I would have not made this purchase.
