    First, the communication with CSE Outfitters was phenomenal! They processed the item and shipped it super quick. When the item hadn’t moved for three days, I contacted CSE, and they assured me, that they would follow up. The very next day the item started moving. The canteen cover was new, as described. However, we could not unfastened one of the snaps. Eventually, the snap pulled through the material. I provided images to CSE Outfitters, and they had the manufacturer send out a new one.
