The GV-D900 utilizes the 12bit PCM record mode to add, in post production, an additional high quality, stereo soundtrack. You can add music or narration to your videos without affecting your original soundtrack. i.LINK (IEEE 1394) DV Input/Output lets you edit between two digital camcorders or a camcorder and a deck with virtually no generation loss.
