One of the Cartridge's side plastic piece was broken, but I was able to remove that piece from my original cartridge and was able to fix it. I install it and it's functioning. The next cartridge was full of ink-powder around it. I have not installed it, I hope it will functioning ok too. Therefore, if you send me a new set, I will return it. I have feeling that it's defective and as a result, it will not give me the intended number of pages? Hope to hear back from you shortly. BIT Computer.

They did their job
I've used (up) two of these cartridges and they seemed to perform as well as the Samsung cartridges. No complaints. BTW, I generally don't give five stars as so many do (based on their very limited experience, as in "I just got this and haven't used it but boy was it cheap and It looks pretty"). I'm compensating for those shallow reviews. ;) Some time has passed. I have completed two purchases, each time was for two cartridges. The 2nd cartridge from my second purchase only printed for a couple hundred copies (vs. 1,500). The price for two-pack was great, I’ll probably die before I use I need to reorder.
Put the new cartridge in my printer (it fit properly), ran a few test copies, it printed perfectly; couldn’t ask for anything more. I don’t print copes often, the stock Samsung cartridge lasted for two years, hope this aftermarket unit does as well.
