Would have given five stars but there is one modification that had to be made. The throttle linkage on factory carb allows the end of the cable to fit into a sleeve. This aftermarket didn’t have the slot with a larger opening on both ends (only one end) so throttle cable cannot probably fit or actually fit at all. I used the one off my factory carb. E clip held it on with easy removal on factory. Cheaper aftermarket clip was a booger to get off but just reused factory e clip and all is well. That’s the only complaint.

Cheap carb. I've used lists of aftermarket carbs, this is by far the worst I've ever used. Spark plug is a chainsaw plug, not a string trimmer plug. Awful kit that I am now stuck with as I've installed it to find out how terrible it is. Do not buy.

I purchased this to replace the original carburetor on a Stihl HT101 pole pruner. The saw ran horribly before the replacement. The part was an exact fit and my machine starts very easily, purrs like a kitten at idle, and revs up quickly and smoothly, with good power. Excellent product.

I have a Stihl KM 90 R and it was running pretty poorly after owning it for 9years with no maintenance (I know, bad). I replaced the carburetor, and air filter, which was quite simple. I chose to just clean my spark plug, and the entire engine. It started up and runs great. The idle idle setting was all that needed adjusting.

Honestly... it was much easier just to replace the carburetor outright than to do the rebuild kit. I used this to replace the California compliant one for use in high altitude Utah. Runs much better when adjusted properly. Just hate admitting I was too lazy to rebuild this one
