So opening the envelope with a pair of Scissors because it was taped so much Even carfully opening the envelope strap had stretched out to the very end of the envelope; it was completely unavoidable that the band would not get clipped off. Just ridiculous and I should be sent a new watch band or compensated for a new watch band.
