      We were sent the wrong part originally, and then tried to exchange it for the correct part, seller asked that i pay for return shipping and would refund more in exchange for the mistake. We asked for a pre-paid return label and seller started making up excuses that they dont know the weight and size of the return item. Seller did communicate actively and we did end up asking for a partial refund to keep the wrong part, and then the seller decided after waiting 4 hours to put a time limit on it.

      The buyer opened a return. Ebay then sent the buyer a return shipping label that we paid for. The buyer didn't want to send the item back 2 weeks into the returning process. We offered and then gave the buyer a partial refund. We offered to exchanged the item for the correct item buyer declined and accepted the partial refund. We have apologized for this error. We our not perfect.
