    The problem started with the seller sending the wrong items (cups with handles instead of without). He said he would refund 1/4 of what I paid to keep them. After 2 days we agreed, took them out of the box and realized the glazing on the cups were all cracked and he denied any responsibility, saying it had been too long. So many people on eBay are nice and fair, but certainly not this guy.
