      Seller was dishonest about the condition of the dress. She had it listed as NWT. The dress received had no tags at all. Looking at the listed photos, the tag was actually cut off & tied back on. There is no also no tag at the waist which Ivy City Co puts on their dresses. The dress has blackish spots across the back. I reached out asking if she knew what it was to help assist in stain treating, and she just denied the condition, despite photo evidence. She was entirely unhelpful. Do not buy.
