I ended up with with a box that had the Alph sleeve on it, but was the Bravo box and contents inside. I was able to easily resell the item, and the first time I reciprocate the wrong item, I was able to easily return it. Great communication overall and easy to work with, also de entertainment shipping times as well.

But the seller was so responsive and nice. They immediately refunded my money. And would have given me a discount if I had wanted to keep the machine, but it didn’t match my kitchen I would highly recommend the seller, however, I thought they were extremely nice to work with and totally honest. Also, their prices were really fantastic. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
