The Complete Divine is a decent book for DMs looking to add more supplemental resources.
It only has 3 regular classes to add, but has many prestige classes.
Mostly the reason this book is good is cause it has more spells & feats for the game.
My overall opinion is that while it's not as useful as the Complete Arcane, it's still a good book if you get a good price.
