I'm an electrician and my brand new set is awesome don't have to chase around anyone at the job site for an arbor or pilot bit, hole saw. An old-timer on the job has had these for two years they're just as sharp as mine. Trick you taught me spray WD-40 on it while cutting as you would when threading pipe. Do not waste your money on this item!
Have previously purchased a couple of these sets to use with a small impact driver. The results were terrible. The pilot bits slip in the center and no amount of tightening the set screw (metric) will help. I went through a couple of sets thinking that I could figure out how to get some good use out of them for metal cutting. I finally gave up with the impact driver and bought this set to use with a regular cordless drill. The very first time that I tried to use the small one of the set the pilot bit broke off in the hole. It's made by Milwaukee. What else do you need to know. These bits are much thinner than regular bit and offer quick cutting. I cut a variety of materials and so far they have made good on their claim. For thin wall metal they do a fantastic job, and a creditable job in PVC boxes and fiberglass enclosures.
