    Unfortunately, I did not receive the pictured, described item. I ordered a vintage Chartreuse fiestaware plate with wet foot however received a modern, shamrock plate (no wet foot either, as it wasn't done in the newer plates). I will say though that the plate was very safely package, arrived quickly and the seller promptly resolved the issue in a matter that I found agreeable. Would do business with the seller again.
