A book that has been read but is in good condition. Very minimal damage to the cover including scuff marks, but no holes or tears. The dust jacket for hard covers may not be included. Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages. I even sent an email he billed he see whatever he is build my account. I politely asked to refund because I did not want that item and he did he see whatever he isdid not he said I can return them and then well we'll see about that. I will be placing an eBay complaint tomorrow, especially if I receive a nasty pair of shoes and not get my money back.
