      I think you worry a little anytime you purchase something expensive and fragile, but there was no need at all for this package. The Waterford vase, itself in pristine condition, was perfectly packed. I think it could have been dropped and still survived. (I didn't test this, but the packaging really was great!) I felt like the cost for both the item was appropriate and free shipping was a generous perk to offer. Communication was good, too. All around, a very pleasant transaction.

      The sound level meter I purchased was promptly shipped. Unfortunately, the box was badly damaged during shipment taking a significant hit. The meter was damaged beyond repair - a shame since it seems to have been well maintained. I promptly reached out to the seller who quickly refunded the entire purchase price.
