The product was used but was in near mint condition, one button was knocked off in shipping but is easily reattached just like any other keyboard. The volume scroller is very nice to use, along with the video playback buttons and the color profile button makes setting up multiple lighting effects easily accessible. The iCue software also allows for extra button locking to prevent mishaps during use such as the window button, shift+tab, or alt+F4

Sensitive Silver Keyboard
This is a great keyboard for typists who make little to no errors as this will show you how painfully awful you are at typing like myself. This actuates very quickly so if you make a lot of errors, this is not the keyboard for you. I bought this for aesthetics first, the media keys second and the quietness of the keys. I like white, don't mind RGB, and my keys to not click clack with every press. This is a very sleek keyboard that is fine for a gaming setup or the office. Highly recommended if you want something that's not black and if you're an accurate typist that types quite a lot per day as your fingers will not tire whatsoever. And, get the Icue software from Corsair if you want to control the RGB as well as save profiles.
