Great invention
My dad is 80 now and he’s done mowing lawns. This was such a blessing of a gift and so far it works excellent. There are a couple things to consider. No matter how many different ways we tried, we could not get it to dock itself on the base if the base was placed off of the lawn. It just kept rolling straight on through even if it made contact with the charging points. This took several hours and many attempts of moving and leveling and re-routing the guide wire. Nothing worked except for putting it directly on the lawn. That was his least favorite option. Also, if the lawn has any slope to it at the edge or if the surface next to the lawn is even slightly lower, the guide wire has to be placed far enough away from the edge that the mower won’t cut all the way to the edge so he’s still going to have to trim the edge of at least half of his lawn. It’s well worth the money and him not having to push the mower around every week, but it will still require some effort on his part.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Took 6 hours to finish 2300 sq feet. Still patches untouched.
The idea behind the product is great. I love how it only manage to get stuck three times after running for 6 hours. The problem is after 6 hours of mowing, it still left patches untouched due it's random path algorithm. My lawn is only about 2300sq feet.

Works well enough
Performs well. Some challenges with cut wire before wire settles to the ground. With ACS cuts under boat trailer pretty cleanly. Worth it to me. Great little mower
I've had the mower for a month now. Setup was quite easy. I built a garage which houses the base and mower, makes me feel better about it being outside. Advertisement says "mows most grasses" but I couldn't find anything about the exceptions. Apparently my yard (Bahiagrass Argentine) is one of the exceptions having a tougher blade/stalk causes the mower blades to fold back and not cut properly. My yard is flat and void of anything getting caught in the blades so I modified the blades to prevent them from folding back. Cuts the grass like a charm now and I'm really liking our little Astro (our name for the landroid).

It’s great I just would like an extra feature in the app
It does the job in a few runs. I wish the app would let you remote control the mower by steering it forward backward left and right. You can control it via the app but it only moves autonomously. Once the wires are down, awesome.
Once all the wires were placed and it was charged this thing was absolutely ready to go. It says it can only go up 20 degree inclines. Our yard has two locations where it’s at least a 40 degree incline and it goes up without any issue. We planned to mow those sections with our push mower, but no need now. We just watch on our cameras as little “Mowses” putters around the yard. The app works great with it as well. You can see where the battery life is on it and the alerts let you know if it’s stuck somewhere in the yard for whatever reason.
