    Monitor seems to work and did in fact come with everything including the base, box. Manual. Power cord. It's definitely used, price was decent, seller took his sweet time shipping the monitor out, but thanks for UPS getting it here quickly regardless. Won't be buying from this particular seller again as it took a few days for him to get it taken to UPS and also the seller has absolutely no communication and while they took their time after I paid they rejected my cancel order request..

    Small powerful vacuum, great for an apartment

    It's a powerful vacuum that is small in size. Very nice for an apartment. It's very easy to use. It's power makes cleaning a joy, few struggles. If I have a concern it's how it tends to get warm quickly. I hope this doesn't become an issue in the future, concerning motor reliability. Otherwise it is a pleasure to use.

    Easy to use, performs flawlessly

    Everything works well. It's just as it's advertised. Owning a Shark Rocket in another location I find this Vertex very similar. The Shark Rocket adjusts automatically to different floors, e.g., carpet to hardwood. With the Vertex I have to press a button at my fingertips to choose floor type. But, this Vertex has lots of nice features.

    Great Vac for hard floors!

    Cleans our LVP floors great and area rugs too! Great suction power. The dirt/dust bin is very easy to empty. I would say the only negative is when using it is it won’t stand on its own if you stop and have to reposition the cord or answer a phone call etc. you have to lean it on the wall or lay on floor. Not a huge deal. Overall would recommend!

    Buy it, you'll like it!!!

    I love it. It moves on it's own. It is light and versatile. Only negative is that the cup has to be emptied fairly frequently. I have 2 long haired dogs, so that probably adds a lot of extra dirt that most people wouldn't have. (lots of hair)
