It's definitely used, price was decent, seller took his sweet time shipping the monitor out, but thanks for UPS getting it here quickly regardless. Won't be buying from this particular seller again as it took a few days for him to get it taken to UPS and also the seller has absolutely no communication and while they took their time after I paid they rejected my cancel order request..

    Pretty good

    I will say it is good to pretty good. I wrote will reserve my final evaluation ending its ability to learn my house. At this point the maps is putting out after about 2 weeks only slightly resemble my house and sometimes I can't figure out how in the world it comes up with the map that it shows me. But I do think it's getting slightly better over time so I won't judge it quite yet. It is it does have a few peculiarities. There are places that can get stuck behind toilet and around tables and chairs in a corner because it doesn't seem to use topologic to get out of a tight situation but I don't know if this is common or if I've just stumbled across a way to trap it in a corner. Also I regularly get an error that says dust top missing and it is never the case that the dust cup is missing and ...

    Great for every day use needs more power though

    This is a great alternative to the Roomba especially if you are on a budget. It will slowly map your home and will eventually know very nook and cranny. It will also go up under beds! Where it doesn't compare is shear power. Even on the highest suction setting there are things a standard upright can get this just can't. Still if you want to feel like a million bucks while only spending a few hundred this is the way to go. Update to post I have removed stars because the product stopped working after a month. Had to call manufacturer to send a new base robot unit.

Has done two complete cycles so I’m thinking next time will be regular sweeping. Returns to base to discharge with no problem. Had little glitch first attempt at installing app but second attempt was no issues. Have only used on “regular” suction setting and I would definitely not say this thing is loud in any sense.

    Time saver!

    I love my new Shark but it gets stuck quite often. I have to admit that my dogs shed a lot and their hair gets stuck to every crevice in the Shark therefore causing it to stop and ask me to clean the sensors often, my dogs hair was the reason I purchased this product. Once I clean it then it goes back to work like a champ. Overall, I recommend this product. It was easy to put together, down load the app, and get it going. It's a time saver.

    Best Robot Vacuum Ever

    This is a fantastic Bot. It mapped my home after just 7 runs. The only draw back is the mapping. When I created the rooms the Bot. got confused. So I had to not create rooms and let Bot. clean entire home. It cleans half my home and charges for 2 hours and finish the rest of my home. This works out well with me. I love the self empty bend. The Bot will empty and return to its cleaning. Perfect for me. So glad I made this purchase.
