The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund.     Great Grahics card for older computers

    I specifically built my old IBM computer with this exact Nvidia graphics card. At that time it was a high end graphics card capable of handling 3-D computer animation easily. And obviously it can handle many 3-D games. There are better graphics cards now, but if your computer is older and cannot handle the newer graphics cards, this one is great
