Earbuds were safely packaged in bubble wrap with a charger, they did arrive dirty but nothing that a wipey. My only negative was the shipping my package was delayed twice and I received no shipping updates for five days after initial shipping out. Did not receive package til almost 2 weeks after purchase really unimpressed with shipping cost.
