Did not receive package til almost 2 weeks after purchase really unimpressed with shipping cost.

      I bought this V11 refurbished. It came in just a few days and was well-packaged and in pristine condition. Upon taking it out of the box, I saw that it was fully charged, so I just ran it for about 3 minutes on my carpet. Although I had recently vacuumed, this little stick pulled a full canister of dog hair out of the carpet. It's lightweight and powerful and nary a cord to deal with. I've only had it a few days, but it's so easy to use, I've vacuumed several times already. Very happy and impressed with Dyson.

      Wonderful and Powerful Cleaner

      This is such a great product. We vacuumed our wall to wall carpet immediately and got more dirt out of it than we thought was there. It arrived fully charged so we could use it right out of the box. Although refurbished, it looks brand new. So happy that Dyson makes their product affordable for those of us on a fixed budget. It is a little tricky for old people to empty, but we found a tutorial online and got it to open. So happy to have bought this vacuum!

      Great machine, looks brand new, just a little on the heavy side.

      You would never know this is a recertified product, the way it comes. We are happy with it so far. The only thing I would say that earned it a 4 instead of 5 is how heavy this unit is. Otherwise, we are happy so far.

      The only problem I am having so far with...

      The only problem I am having so far with just 6 or 7 uses is that the wand is very hard to get to release so that the vacuum can be emptied.
