The mattress was thoroughly wrapped in plastic, then it was secured in a thick plastic zipper bag with handles, then it was boxed. Great price and free shipping. Would highly recommend this seller.

    I would HIGHLY recommend this seller. Their communication was beyond expectations. We ran into a snag with the order and they promptly contacted me and we worked through some options. The shipping was via freight truck and pallet. The packaging was very well done and everything was as described. These mattresses were new, still having the tags for a fraction of the price. I feel foolish paying full retail price when I could have just come to Starsluckysales! I'll be referring 100%, Thanks!

    The mattress was quadruple wrapped to ensure there was no question damage to it. Whatsoever, including a special shipping case with zipper on it. The service of the seller.It was very good.His communication was above average, And the price was thousands below retail, and I got a great mattress. How can you beat that?
