    This seller is very professional and goes through a thought out process from start to finish. Initially, I received little communication while the ring was being made, but after that point, the steps of shipping, customs, & delivery, were better than expected. The IGI certification truly helps with validating authenticity by laser inscribing the certification number on the stone. This is fantastic, leaving no doubt what I received is genuine. The tiny side stones could not be validated.
